**Role Overview**

Sodexo is seeking a **General Manager 4, Food** to lead our dining operations at **Fort Hudson Nursing Center** , a skilled care and independent living facility serving approximately 280 residents. Fort Hudson is located along the Hudson River in Washington County, **Fort Edward, New York** , which offers a blend of historic significance, scenic beauty, and small-town charm. Located just 20 to 25 minutes from both Lake George and Saratoga Springs, Fort Hudson.

**What You'll Do**

+ have oversight of daily dining operations (decentralized dining, dining room service, adult day care and PACE program);
+ deliver high-quality food service;
+ achieve company and client financial targets and goals (fee account);
+ develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships;
+ develop strategic plans;
+ create a positive environment; and
+ ensure Sodexo Standards are met.
