Key Responsibilities

• Site preparation, digging, and general groundworks
• Assisting with construction tasks and installs
• Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Supporting tradespeople on site
• Spotting for machinery and maintaining safe work zones
• Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials
• General labouring duties and site clean‑up

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a labourer on construction sites
• Previous Concreting Experience
• Previous Carpentry Experience
• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting (25kg+)
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
• Strong Health & Safety awareness
• Ability to follow instructions and work within a team
