Caton Construction Group is a Heavy/Highway Civil & General Construction company with offices in Troy, Virginia, and Cary, North Carolina, and one of The Caton Companies. We are currently seeking a General Laborer for our roadway/bridge project in Marion, Virginia (Smith County).

STARTING PAY is negotiable and based on skills and experience.

Your Job Summary

The construction laborer performs tasks involving physical labor at general building and highway/heavy construction projects. The position may operate a variety of hand and power tools and may clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, clean up rubble and debris, and remove waste materials. The position may assist other craft workers.
