Position Summary: General Foreman is a skilled position in the construction, maintenance and repair of electrical overhead distribution systems. The General Foreman ensures projects are completed in a safe and timely manner. The General Foreman effectively plans ahead anticipating issues and project needs in order to accomplish Company and crew goals. Provides optimum customer service to his employees and customers.
Essential Functions:

+ Work safely while performing new construction, maintenance or repair work of energized and de-energized overhead work.

+ Supervises crew members.

+ Must possess working knowledge of leadership and management skills.

+ Must possess the capability of leading and training lower skilled employees in safe and productive work procedures.
