Job Description

• Oversee and execute the full Record to Report (RTR) cycle — including journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across RTR processes while supporting audits, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor the RTR team, driving performance, process improvement, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in end to end Records to Report/General Accounting
• Experience working in a BPO and/or Shared Services environment
• Hybrid work arrangement, at least 3 days onsite. Night shift schedule
