Job Description

  • Run test cases in the virtual agent (chatbot) for various prompts or queries provided in local language
  • Write queries or question prompts to test use cases assigned for different scenarios
  • Compare responses generated by the virtual agent in local language against responses available in English language
  • Review for accuracy and relevancy in local language and capture any errors in translation noticed
  • Execute test cases and report defects found in the localization output
  • Perform detailed exploratory testing with the aim to find edge cases and make the user experience better
  • Write accurate translation/ localization bug reports with proper details and respond quickly on additional information requested for the bugs
