Job Purpose

This role supports the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) cycle, leading process delivery, control assurance, and digital enablement across Customer Master Data, Billing & Invoicing, Collections, and Cash Application. The position emphasizes process governance, automation readiness, and analytical enablement to achieve high operational accuracy, SLA compliance, and client value realization.

The Senior acts as a process anchor, ensuring timely delivery, quality adherence, and mentoring of staff-level teams while driving continuous improvement and digital adoption initiatives within the O2C function.
