Seven Zones Travel, a UK-based travel agency, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented GDS Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems and airline ticketing, along with excellent customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle airline reservations, ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, and cancellations
Work on GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre
Manage fare construction, routing, and airline rules accurately
Provide professional support for flight bookings and travel queries
Ensure compliance with airline policies and company SOPs
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth processing
Maintain accurate records and booking documentation
Requirements:
Proven experience as a GDS / Ticketing Expert in a travel agency
Strong command of Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre (at least one mandatory)
