What will I be doing
As Group Conference and Events (GCE) Sales Executive you will maximise revenue opportunities by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Receive and convert incoming group conference event and long‑stay enquiries to achieve targets and maximise revenue
- Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions through up‑selling and cross‑selling
- Manage an events schedule to maximise yield
- Proactively manage existing accounts and develop new accounts with GC&E potential
- Conduct market research, sales calls, telesales and online lead generation activities
- Manage online lead generation and sales platforms
- Build strong relationships with guests and customers to fully understand their needs
