Gatekeeper (Casual)

An exciting opportunity has become available to work within the Tatton Park Gatekeeper Team. The position is for 0.0 FTE and is a flexible role to support the service. Holiday entitlement is based on FTE. 

About you

You will design, deliver and evaluate workforce development and planning programmes and initiatives so that the Council has well led and managed people with the right capabilities, skills, and attitudes in the right place at the right time. You will assist in overseeing our apprentice contract, where you will be monitoring apprenticeship training providers to ensure the training they deliver is of a high standard and appropriate to staff.
