Building on the momentum from the inaugural GAIP Summit 2024, GAIP Summit 2025 aims to move the conversation from dialogue to concrete action. Last year's summit highlighted the urgent necessity of integrated solutions through cross-sector collaboration, robust data, advanced modelling, and targeted skills development to strengthen long-term risk resilience across the region. Since then, GAIP has actively advanced these efforts, having developed an actionable framework to address protection gaps in a holistic, integrated manner, while supporting the data, modelling and skills development challenges with initiatives such as the Asia Risk Platform and our Capacity Building for Risk Resilience programme.
