Salary Range: $83,500 - $92,000 per year

As a Furniture Medic Process & Standards Specialist , you are the eyes and ears of Wayfair’s Furniture Medic program, ensuring that every piece of furniture we touch meets our gold standard of craftsmanship. This is a field-first, high-impact L2 role designed for a master repair technician who is ready to step into a leadership and coaching capacity. You will spend the majority of your time traveling across our Global Supply Chain network, working side-by-side with technicians to uphold quality, share best practices, and drive consistency across the country.
