**Governance &** **Oversight** **Manager – Fund Services**

**Role Overview**

This is a senior role at the heart of Citi's Fund Services outsourcing and oversight framework. You will manage the end-to-end governance of offshored and outsourced operations for Funds Services in NAM, drive a robust controls environment, and engage directly with regulators, auditors, and executive leadership. If you thrive in complex, fast-moving environments and want genuine influence over strategic direction, this role may be for you.

**Governance of** **off-shored** **and outsourced functions:**

+ Ensure relevant governanceand legaldocumentationcoveringindividual relationships betweenNAMand Citi COE sites (Service Level Agreements, Performance Level Standards Document, ICSA’s)arein place, up to date andcomplied with.

+ Ensuretheservice providermaintainsand administersrenewal agreementsand holds regular business reviews of outsourcing performance.
