Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant (SCM Focus), Johannesburg

• 6 Month Contract (Independent Contractor - Individual or B2B)
• Hybrid - Waterfall / End-Client Site (Representing a Tech Consultancy)

Key Conditions

• Must be South African Citizens or Permanent Resident RSA ID Holders
• Must be comfortable with a Hybrid office setting (non‑negotiable)

Key Responsibilities

• Functional Support & Issue Resolution: Provide 1st and 2nd line support across SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Warehouse, Transport), troubleshoot issues, and log resolutions in ticketing systems.
• User Support & Training: Guide users on SCM processes, support onboarding and training, and maintain SOPs, user guides, and knowledge base documentation.
