Job description

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Functional Analyst to support our logistics operations by optimizing business processes and translating operational needs into functional IT solutions. You will work closely with product owners, process developers and IT developers to ensure our systems and tools align with the fast-paced and dynamic nature of the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document logistics processes such as warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
    Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT systems (e.g. WMS, TMS, ERP).
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
