Serve as a liaison to human resource functions including, but not limited to, compensation, payroll, benefits, employee leave administration; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; training; and professional development.
Build strong relationships across the College to foster communication and transparency.
Support the accomplishment of human resources activities in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Inform and provide guidance to the management team and/or employees on trends and current developments in human resources, as appropriate.
Support the administration of employee benefit programs; may respond directly to employee inquiries and help resolve issues.
