Key Responsibilities



Manage and maintain leads within the CRM system

Respond to inbound leads and assess their stage in the buying or selling journey

Ensure immediate lead processing, including tagging, campaign activation, and agent assignment

Build and maintain follow-up systems to support lead conversion

Nurture leads through consistent email and text communication

Monitor agent activity, productivity, and accountability

Generate reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using Google Sheets
