Description

Education & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or apprenticeship preferred. Requires 2–5+ years of experience in general maintenance with strong carpentry, masonry, roofing, and siding skills. Must have knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools. Ability to read blueprints, sketches, or work orders is a plus. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems required. Must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders. Must be willing to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must have a valid driver’s license. Work schedule is Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Some weekends may be required.
