Overall Job Objectives We are looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals to provide warm, friendly, and exceptional food & beverage service within INITIA Group’s F&B brands. He/She will assist the Outlet In-Charge in driving outlet sales while delivering excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities - Host and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Be well-versed with the outlet’s products and services and actively promote or upsell items when appropriate.
- Provide a high standard of service through attentive and engaging guest interaction.
- Adhere to all operational procedures and suggest improvements for service efficiency.
- Maintain proper grooming and represent the brand professionally.
- Understand and operate POS/ordering systems to ensure smooth service.
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to the immediate superior for quick resolution.
