Growmore Farm Ltd. is looking to fill two full-time Farm Supervisor positions. In this permanent role, you will develop farm plans, implement safety procedures, and ensure quality control in all operations. Supervising a team of 3 to 4 workers, you'll manage essential tasks such as plowing and harvesting while maintaining farm equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop plans to prioritize daily farm tasks
• Implement farm safety and biosecurity procedures
• Provide agricultural crop services including harvesting and irrigation
