Handle daily administrative and clerical duties of the preschool.
Respond to enquiries via Whatsapp professionally.
Prepare letters, reports, notices, and other administrative documents.
Monitor attendance & leave records for staff.
Assist in scheduling meetings, events, and school activities.
Support procurement and inventory management for office and classroom supplies.
Ensure proper filing and organization of documents and confidential records.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Candidate must willing to work at Nusa Bestari office.
