About Excent Capital

Excent Capital is a market-making FX/CFD brokerage operating across Brazil, Mexico, Seychelles, St. Vincent, the UK and Cyprus — roughly 40 people, seven legal entities, consistently profitable. We are small, fast, and we build our own software instead of renting it.

This role is one system: EHQ , the internal operations portal that runs the entire company — sales performance, finance, HR, hiring, onboarding, compliance, and dealing-risk operations. It is the cockpit the business is flown from. You will own building it.

We don't run like a typical brokerage. Engineering decisions are made by people who understand the money. We ship daily. We verify against the database, not against opinions. And we hire people who own outcomes, not tickets.
