■ Communication with MBM Core
→Receive and manage regular updates on FS products, programs, and new initiatives.
→Act as the communication bridge to ensure accurate and timely sharing of information with internal stakeholders and dealers.
→Review and identify new training requirements from MBM Core; establish and manage Service Level Agreements (SLA) for training execution.
 
■ Communication with MB Authorized Partners (Dealers)
→Lead strategic discussions with showroom managers to align FS training priorities with sales performance needs.
→Collect and synthesize field insights and feedback from sales consultants to enhance training content and product understanding.
→Conduct operational discussions with Financial Managers to support seamless FS processes and capability development.
