Fruit Receiving and Degreening Manager

We are seeking someone for the daily planning and operations for Venco, operational activities at Fruit Receiving, degreening and management of staff and Forklift fleet, with the aim of achieving the agreed business objectives.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years’ experience at a junior management level.
• Agriculture or perishable goods knowledge is preferred.
• Must be innovative and detail oriented.
• Capable of managing multiple and high-priority tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop good working relationships at various levels.
• Strong organizational skills to ensure that daily operations run efficiently.
• Ability to manage processes effectively and meet firm deadlines.
