Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur / within the Rooms Department in Kuala Lumpur, the Front Office Manager provides supervision, direction and leadership in the Front Office in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by the hotel. The Front Office Manager reports to the Hotel Manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficiency and profitable functioning of the Front Office, including Duty Manager, Front Desk, Guest Recognition, Concierge, MO Club Floor, Telecommunication.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy by effectively maximizing yield and excelling in room upselling and all other revenue centers.
