Qualification Required & Experience
• 5+ years of front office management experience in a four-star or above hotel
• Minimum 2 years as Assistant Front Manager or Front Office Manager
• Pre-opening experience is essential, including system setup and service standard formulation
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Opera PMS and CRM / revenue tools such as IDeaS
