To be responsible for welcoming guests and handling any complaints. Co-ordinates the reception team, organising its work and schedules. Applies and ensures the application of the sales strategy to maximise occupancy and average room price. Manage and supervise reservations and the allocation of guestrooms with the Executive Housekeeper. Requirement At least a 'O' Level, A level/ Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management, Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent. At least 2- 3 years of working experience in a hospitality environment is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Orchard and perform shift duties is required. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service, Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent. Full-Time positions available.
