Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, clients, vendors, employees, candidates, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain visitor entry records, appointment details, inward/outward courier records, and front office documentation.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, presentable, and professionally managed throughout the day.
• Coordinate tea, coffee, water, refreshments, lunch, and meeting room readiness for guests and official visitors.
• Support senior management and internal teams during customer visits, vendor meetings, audits, interviews, and official tours.
• Accompany guests during plant visits as per company protocol and ensure a smooth visitor experience.
• Coordinate with plant, production, quality, admin, HR, and security teams for guest movement, meetings, and visit schedules.
• Ensure visitors follow required entry, safety, and movement instructions inside plant premises.
