JOB SUMMARY
To handle administrative duties and support customer services functions for the day-to-day operations of the Club's front office. To attend inquiries, provide information and handle incoming telephone calls.
In general the Front Office Officer will carry out the following:

Provide high level of customer service to Members and guest
Greet and attend to the members need and inquiry
Taking and recording bookings as received
Coordinate and follow-up with various department on all other work related matters.
Any other related assignments and duties pertaining to general nature of Front-Office as & when required by the Club.
QUALIFICATIONS

SPM and above or equivalent.
At least 3 years’ working experience in the related field.
Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Interpersonal savvy, able to build good relationship internally and externally.
