We're recruiting a Front of House & Facilities Assistant on behalf of a well-established professional services firm in Birmingham. A varied, people-facing role where you'll be the first impression of the business — keeping the office running smoothly from reception through to facilities support.
What you'll be doing•Meeting and greeting clients, visitors and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
• Managing calls via Microsoft Teams and maintaining the meeting room diary
• Setting up, clearing and resetting meeting rooms for meetings, lunches and events
• Handling incoming and outgoing post, couriers and deliveries
• Monitoring and ordering stationery, managing office supplies and maintaining a tidy environment
• Supporting with H&S inductions, new starter setups and workstation assessments
• Filing, archiving and invoicing alongside general ad hoc support to the Office Manager
