Overview

To manage and control complete production floor in shift operations with process optimization, trouble shooting, manpower management and resource planning through process excellence using company’s defined protocols, focusing on equipment capability and people skill enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Ability to identify an opportunity, assess the situation, identify risks with cost factor and impact on efficiencies, develop and implement action plans to eliminate negative material usage, negative variances, technical understanding of high-speed manufacturing environment, controlling yields, losses and product quality defects.
• Supervision of floor staff for effective working.
• Implement company policies, programmers and regulatory requirements.
