Job Description:
We’re looking for a confident and experienced Senior Case Manager/RTWS to step into a Technical Manager role within our front-end RTW team.
In this role, you’ll focus on coaching and developing others, not managing your own claims portfolio. You’ll provide clear technical guidance, uplift decision-making, and support the team to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes in line with legislative requirements.
You’ll oversee our APA results, case conference and manage litigation and conciliation matters.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Workers’ Compensation experience who enjoys mentoring, influencing performance, and making a broader impact across the team.
What you’ll be doing
Driving continuous improvement across claims technical practices and performance
Manage a front-end claims portfolio ranging from week 0–70, handling cases from low to high complexity
