Effectively manage front desk duties such as bookings, check-ins, check-outs and receiving phone calls.Ensure effective and efficient customer service delivery to the satisfaction of guestsTo provide excellent and satisfactory interface between the facility and guests.Should be able to handle administrative duties and must be a computer literate.Any other duties as required Qualification
Minimum of Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.Be a team playerAbility to work under pressure without supervisionShould be a customer service-oriented person.Basic computer skill, ability to use Microsoft programs and adapt to new software quickly.
