Key Responsibilities
· Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
· Assist customers with vehicle booking, rental packages, pricing, and availability.
· Coordinate with the Operations and Fleet teams for vehicle arrangements and timely service delivery.
· Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
· Maintain customer records, booking details, and service logs accurately.
· Follow up with customers regarding bookings, payments, and feedback.
· Provide customers with information regarding company policies, rental terms, and procedures.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
· Prepare daily reports related to customer inquiries and bookings.
Support sales and promotional activities when required.
