  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Maintain office supplies and reception area cleanliness.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate or secondary education in any discipline.
  • Both fresher or experienced as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills....
