About Matrix Wellness

Matrix Wellness is an integrated recovery and longevity sanctuary in Santacruz, Mumbai, founded by Tiger and Krishna Shroff. We are opening soon and building a founding front-of-house team to deliver a premium, high-touch guest experience.
The Role
You are the face of Matrix Wellness. You own the front desk and the first impression: greeting guests, managing bookings, and keeping the reception experience calm, warm and seamless. This is a rotating-shift role so the desk stays covered through the day.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in guests, and set a warm, premium tone from the moment they arrive.
Manage the booking calendar and coordinate with therapists on scheduling.
Handle phone, WhatsApp and walk-in enquiries promptly and professionally.
Guide guests through therapies and answer questions about their visit.
Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
