**Position Overview** As Retail Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for counseling, advising, and otherwise assisting retail store owners and managers, on how best and most profitably, to operate a retail supermarket. You will also be effectively engaging the various services and programs of the company and by the application of his/her own experienced judgment; you will be the first point of contact with the retailer and owns the relationship.

+ Create, nurture, and maintain a positive climate between retailers and the company and between each retailer and the Retail Counselor.
