Job Requirements

• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of proven supervisory or managerial experience within a high-volume hypermarket, FMCG, or fast-paced grocery retail environment.
• Comprehensive understanding and active certification in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and strict adherence to UAE municipal food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage, train, and roster a diverse team of merchandisers and floor staff during highly demanding peak retail hours.
