Contact potential clients using various channels (phone, email)
Manage inbound calls and ensure quarterly quota is reached
Respond to inbound emails in timely and accurate manner
Place outbound calls when required
Quote creation and follow up
Use upselling/cross-selling technics to maximise revenue
Stay up to date with active promotions and campaigns to maximise their success
Ensure personal knowledge of the portfolio is maintained
Answer and deal with customer post sales requests
Cover order cancellations, claims management, order and delivery follow up, refund requests and escalations using multiple tools, such as CRM & Order Status Suite.
REQUIREMENTS:
C2/fluent in French, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
