FPT is a wholly-owned business of Cleveland-Cliffs and has an immediate opportunity for a Freight Payables Clerk at our Kee Container location. The Clerk is responsible for accounts payable and other financial and administrative functions associated with various transportation carriers.


Summary of Responsibilities:
+ Perform key accounts payable functions including reconciliation and payments for transportation carriers
+ Audit freight bills against freight manifests
+ Answer all vendor inquiries and analyze related accounts
+ Separate, match and file all purchase orders (POs); secure proper coding and approvals for all POs and checks
