Main Purpose of The Role Main role: export and import cargo to and from all the required SADC destinations within the metrics set for each destination. RIT shipments from port or airport to the SADC countries. Manage BV inspections. Manage and control all areas of the shipments. Customs Clearance processes. Forwarding process. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding. Understanding of incoterms - risk and billing purposes. Airfreight and Ocean freight Experience. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Road Exports and Imports. Performance driven and results orientated Knowledge of SADC region essential. Ability to work under pressure. Punctuality and time management skills area essential for this position. Internal and intercompany procedures and requirements. Forwarding and clearing process.
