Care Accessible Transportation (CAT) has been delivering essential accessible transportation services for 30+ years across Canada. We operate under contract with Winnipeg Transit Plus — and we're expanding.

We need a freelance HR generalist or recruiter who can support two priorities:

Responsibilities

• Hiring a senior Operations Manager (transportation/logistics background preferred)
• Building a driver pool for our paratransit ProMaster van service

This is a paid contract engagement — not a placement fee arrangement. We're looking for someone who can run full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating offers.
