We are looking for an energetic, patient, and proactive Photography Assistant to help capture the magic of kindergarten photo days. Your primary role is to be the 'second pair of eyes' and the 'energy lead,' ensuring children are comfortable, posed correctly, and smiling while the lead photographer manages the technical shots. Key Responsibilities: Child Engagement:
Actively engage with children aged 2-6 to keep them focused, happy, and looking toward the camera. Posing & Grooming:
Help adjust hair, straighten uniforms, and guide children into natural poses for both individual and group shots. Set Management:
Assist with setting up lighting, backdrops, and props, and ensuring the 'waiting area' stays organized and calm. The 'Hype' Support:
