            What You’ll Do:  Coach and inspire individuals of all ages to reach their swimming goals. 
Conduct one-to-one or group lessons 
Lesson planning and conducting 
Be an approachable, positive role model with a fun, engaging approach and a talent for coaching that meets individuals’ needs. 
 Requirements:  Min commitment 1 year 
Able to swim minimum 3 strokes 
Doesn’t mind traveling around to lesson locations 
Available on weekdays and weekends 
Passionate, responsible and patient 
Candidates are required to work with children and adults and are responsible for their water safety 
 What You Get:  Earn from minimum $35 per lesson (30 or 45 minutes) 
Free in‑house coach training or sponsorship for a coaching licence 
Students assigned near your area based on your availability
