Crafts Council annually captures and collates anonymised EDI data relating to:

• Recruitment
• Employees (with separate data captured about our leadership team)
• Freelancers / suppliers of services

Anonymised data is used for internal and external reporting, sharing key information with our funders, including Arts Council England, and to support with decision making and planning across our organisation.
