What you’ll do
Drive sales and profit to deliver and exceed our budgets
Lead the day-to-day commercial relationship with Franchise partners through effective commercial management, and excellent communication
Lead the commercial delivery of the Joint Business Plans, use these to drive the commercial agenda and ensure we have clear growth plans in place
Agree partner specific trade plans, which are in line with our food strategy and are as consistent as is relevant and possible across our other Channels.
Ensure all trade plans are delivered following the agreed trade planning process
Use commercial and customer analysis to drive performance
Set clear, effective price and promotional strategy
Accountable for management of pricing, promotion and menu management for Rapid Delivery Ireland
