**Job Scope:**

+ Frame modular units according to blueprints, specifications, and layout requirements
+ Read and interpret construction prints, drawings, and work instructions
+ Measure, mark, and perform layouts using a tape measure and other hand tools
+ Assemble and install framing components while maintaining quality standards
+ Follow direction from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team
+ Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications
