Job Description
Order Fulfillment & Shipping Coordination Track customer orders from production to delivery Arrange international shipments via FedEx and DHL which includes Regulatory and customs documentations Inventory Management Monitor stock levels of packaging components, and finished goods Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems Customer Service & Communication Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments Provide timely updates on shipment status and proactively resolve delivery issues
Job requirements
2 years of relevant experience Minimum O-Level Meticulous and organised Familiar with the documentation of shipping (DHL, Fedex, etc) Customer service oriented Familiar with Microsoft 'Excel' Immediate availability
