Overview

The FP&A Senior Manager is accountable for the end-to-end Financial Planning & Analysis strategy, governance, and transformation across business units or client engagements. The role owns and drives planning, forecasting, performance management, and insight generation by leading high-performing teams, embedding best-in-class analytical and planning practices, and accelerating digital enablement to deliver forward-looking insights, financial transparency, and measurable value creation. This role is accountable for translating enterprise and finance strategy into decision-ready insights, ensuring robust forecasting, value-focused performance management, and a scalable, future-ready FP&A operating model.
