Overview
As an FP&A Manager at Alight, you will lead financial planning and analysis for multiple business units, driving strategic insights and enabling data-informed decisions. You will manage a team of analysts and collaborate closely with business and finance leaders to ensure financial health, agility, and performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering Collaborate with business unit and finance leaders to assess risks, identify opportunities, and align financial goals.Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decisions.
